Adult Beginner/Intermidiate MMA & Self-Defense Classes

Whether you're new to combat sports or looking to develop real-world self-defense skills, this program is designed for you. Our 5-day-a-week, one-hour training sessions focus on building a strong foundation in MMA fundamentals and practical self-defense techniques to help you feel confident and prepared for any situation.

What You’ll Learn:

✔️ Fundamentals of Combat Sports – Stand-up techniques, ground fighting, and sparring.
✔️ Effective Self-Defense – Instinctive responses to grabs, chokes, surprise attacks, and weapon threats.
✔️ Proper Warm-ups & Safety – Stretching, injury prevention, and defensive strategies.

✔️ Strength & Conditioning – Improve endurance, power, and athletic performance with combat-specific training.
✔️ Striking & Takedowns – Master the most efficient attack and defense sequences.
✔️ Distance Control & Awareness – Learn how to stay out of reach and use your surroundings to your advantage.

Specialty Training Classes (Included a Few Times Per Month)

In addition to our regular training, we offer exclusive specialty classes to further enhance your self-defense and survival skills:
🔹 Firearms Training – Learn the fundamentals of firearm safety and handling with a certified firearms instructor.

Class memberships will cost $155 per month which includes unlimited access to the gym. All members who sign up for the first week introductory classes will be given special discounted membership rate.
