At Legion Iron Gym, our HIIT/Kickboxing Self-Defense class is more than just a workout—it’s a life skill. Designed for everyday people who want to get in shape and learn how to defend themselves, this class combines the intensity of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with practical kickboxing and self-defense techniques that could save your life.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone with experience, this class is structured to push your limits physically while teaching you how to respond effectively to real-world threats. Every session is built around the core principle that fitness is the foundation of self-defense. Strength, endurance, speed, and conditioning are crucial when you're faced with a dangerous situation. That’s why each class incorporates full-body conditioning and functional strength exercises to build the physical capacity to fight back and survive.

But we don’t stop at fitness. You’ll learn how to strike with power and precision using proven techniques from boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. From punches and elbows to knees and kicks, we teach you how to use your body efficiently and effectively. You’ll also train in grappling techniques designed for self-defense, including escapes from holds, takedown defense, and how to dominate or disengage an attacker on the ground.

Additionally, our class integrates practical weapons training, covering how to defend against knives, blunt objects, and other threats you might encounter on the street. This isn’t about sport fighting—it’s about real-world scenarios where your life or the safety of a loved one could be on the line.
