Natalia Rael

Personal trainer in Albuquerque at Legion Iron Gym.

I was always active growing up; I ran cross country, track, varsity cheerleading, and competitive cheerleading. My junior year of high school was a turning point. I got sick and started losing weight. I was out of school for a while and had to quit sports. I was dealing with numerous challenges, feeling depressed, angry, and extremely self-conscious. After graduation, in February 2014, I began working with my first personal trainer, which transformed my life and lifestyle.

Since then, I have gained 10 years of experience in the gym and competed in 5 fitness bikini competitions. I’ve trained with a wide range of coaches specializing in athletic training, bodybuilding, yoga, and pilates. In 2020, I started my own online fitness business during the pandemic. When gyms reopened, I began offering in-person sessions.

I enjoy connecting face-to-face and am passionate about working with people of all fitness levels. I specialize in functional, strength, and mobility training. I commit to creating a comfortable environment and strive to give my clients the best knowledge to achieve a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

 

My journey has been one of resilience and dedication. Overcoming the physical, emotional, and mental challenges I faced in life has fueled my passion for fitness and helping others. I believe in the power of personalized training and the importance of a supportive community. Whether online or in person, my goal is to empower my clients to reach their full potential and live their healthiest lives.”
